Our client, a leading and highly respected international licensed book publisher, is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage accounts in the mass market, non-commercial and commercial sectors.
You’ll sell a diverse range of excellent licensed and character-driven children’s books and book-related products that sell well in all book and non-book markets.
You will take over an established portfolio of some large national retail accounts and develop business with key national and special accounts within the children’s books and broader consumer books sector.
The publisher produces unparalleled ranges of best-selling characters and well-known licensed books. This is a varied role with the ability to create bespoke book packages for your accounts.
We are looking for candidates with account management skills in retail, retail businesses or special sales accounts in what is now an established and growing market sector. You will need experience in an environment selling books or toys or even DVDs or related products.
This role would suit an enterprising and driven individual who wants to be part of a small, friendly team selling children’s book products. You will need to have good communication skills and be very commercial and goal oriented with the ability to handle a varied workload well.
