Item 2.02 Results of operations and financial position.

At November 30, 2021, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (“HPE”) issued a press release relating to segment results for its fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Article 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

HPE also announces a quarterly dividend of $ 0.12 per share, the first in
Hewlett Packard Enterprise fiscal year 2022, payable on or around January 7, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 10, 2021. Each quarterly dividend must be declared by the board of directors from legally available sources prior to payment.
