Energy and environmental issues are closely linked, as our current practices make it almost impossible to produce, transport or consume energy without significant impact on the environment. Environmental issues directly related to energy production and consumption include air pollution, climate change, water pollution, thermal pollution, and solid waste disposal.
As many know, it is time to innovate in our energy space and act boldly to advance the solutions. Since hydrocarbons provide more than 60% of the world’s energy, since 1995, total world energy production has almost doubled (~95%). Fossil fuels provide about 71% of energy consumption, with the remaining renewables split into 6% wind, 17% hydro, 3% solar and 3% other.
Knowing that our current energy practices are unsustainable and knowing that energy is a major contributor to our current environmental crisis, after months of research and collaboration, the Henosis Foundation (HF) is proud to present the “Special Energy, Sustainability and Infrastructure (ESI) Summit”.
Henosis was created to work in tandem with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations. These goals serve as a common blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and in the future, and include building resilient infrastructure, promoting inclusive and sustainable industrialization, and promoting innovation.
The “ESI Special Summit” was founded to achieve quantifiable progress when leadership, trade, science, technology, public and private investment act in coordination to address major global challenges. The weekend-long event will bring together “Only 100” selected influential world-class leaders, meeting the summit’s rigorous selection process, in the energy and infrastructure sectors to participate in solutions for the energy sector. energy at its highest levels. One such challenge is the immediate need for an innovative alternative energy solution that is rapidly deployable worldwide and commercially feasible. As everyone should know by now, no such solution exists or is currently available in such a form.
So, all of you, captains of industry, powers behind the world’s greatest foundations as well as the greatest private and public corporations, look forward to your private invitation to this special global event, the first of its kind!
After extensive research, Henosis selected Diamond Infrastructure Development, Inc. (DIDI) for its astute solution(s) to these pressing energy deficiencies.
DIDI of Texas, a revolutionary force in the alternative energy sector, led by Georg Engelmann, President and CEO, as well as a member of the Board of Directors with Kenneth W. Welch Jr., prolific inventor, founder and CEO leadership of Global Oceanic Designs, Inc. and, SeaDog Systems, Inc., will be featured as “Key Innovators” at this year’s summit.
This partnership, forged to be one for the ages, as the Henosis Foundation (from the ancient Greek name: ἕνωσις) meaning “unity”, “union” or mystical “unity” has the mission to create a balance between humans and their environment. .
The ESI, which aims to be an “inaugural annual summit”, is being developed to bring together the most influential leaders from the energy, infrastructure and development sectors, as well as the strength and support of global foundations. led by HF, to advance innovative global solutions to the current environmental and climate crisis, providing a clear and direct future for our children’s children, as the ever-changing world moves forward.
The theme for the ESI 2022 Special Event Summit was inspired by “The Bird of Paradise”. The bird of paradise flower symbolizes freedom, identity, glamour, fidelity, joy and paradise. This unique flower exemplifies the spiritual strength needed to improve the state of our world.
The bird of paradise is sometimes called a crane flower because it looks like an elegant bird with a long neck. Its long stem and colorful flowers look like a bird with a pointed beak and a tuft of colorful flowers on its head.
These magical flowers grow in clusters that look like a flock of vibrant tropical birds ready to take flight. Therefore, the bird of paradise flower is a symbol of freedom.
This plant native to South Africa also symbolizes opportunity; thus, the bird of paradise represents new freedoms and the opportunity to find good fortune.
This year’s Special Summit will provide a global overview of the major issues/challenges currently impeding progress, as well as inherent issues associated with systems being deployed, followed by HF & DIDI’s in-depth solution.
As noted by experts, solar and wind installations can have a detrimental impact on the environment and cannot be sustained on a large scale. The production of solar and wind installations often creates a larger carbon footprint than many realize, leaving pollutants behind with no way to break down. Moreover, the mining of toxic rare earths, combined with the geopolitical control of China that accompanies this mining and trade, only further aggravates the problematic aspects. Finally, the equipment that supplies these alternative energies often suffers from low reliability.
Wind turbines produce little or no electricity about 60% of the time. Onshore wind farms would require more than 247,000 acres of land to produce the equivalent of a standard 3 GW power plant. The materials from which turbine blades are made are largely not recyclable.
The process of destroying turbines, cutting and grinding them, as well as trucking them to landfills, adds to their overall carbon footprint. Plus, they only last 15-20 years before you need to replace the whole system (sounds more like a disposable product than a durable one).
Subsequently, solar panels only have an efficiency of between 15% and 20% and release toxic chemicals as they age, leading to similar issues with maintenance, disposal and life. of life.
Alternative energies, such as solar and wind, also have a very high capacity cost per megawatt and underreported capacity deficit factors. Industry claims that deficient capacity factors result in low avoided emissions and low avoided energy cost per dollar invested. This means that the burden placed on taxpayers to create these facilities is simply not worth it.
Government subsidies and incentives hide the true costs of wind turbines. China is currently the largest producer and supplier of wind and solar power systems in the world. The country has accumulated a total debt of $42 billion and is increasing due to ongoing subsidy payments.
The ‘Build Back Better’ bill being debated in the US Congress would provide $320 billion in expanded clean energy tax credits over 10 years, and one might wonder why aren’t they just building power plants with the capital instead of wasting the funds in the garbage – away from food products that don’t generate profit without free money from taxpayers.
The bill could increase the budget deficit by $367 billion over ten years. Thus, “free” solar panels would actually be produced with taxpayers’ money, whether or not they decide to install them in their homes.
DIDI was selected by HF to present alternative solutions to the complex problems facing our world today, as shown above.
They will present their progress Hydroelectric systemsincluding the SeaDog Wave Energy Carousel and other technologies developed by Global Oceanic Designs, Inc. and SeaDog Systems, Inc. related to global energy and infrastructure technologies.
Their dynamic systems provide a truly clean, recyclable, cold, and grid-scale wave-powered hydroelectric grid that performs in par with, if not better than, the current economic and fiscal efficiency of hydroelectric dams. “Without the dam”. These proprietary systems provide another feature, they work “On or Offshore”.
Systems that avoid the many environmental impacts of dams or the disastrous consequences caused by large-scale dam failure and other risks are also involved in stored/pumped hydropower facilities. Innovative designs that “Rewriting the Future of Hydroelectric Power”.
The Henosis Foundation will showcase this truly disruptive cutting-edge alternative energy technology, along with a special announcement of its grid-scale wave energy generation system… a world first!
The Henosis Foundation ESI Summit 2022 will enable leaders to develop a clear vision as well as an informed future direction for their organizations. The goal of the ESI Summit is to bring together the best and brightest makers, implementers and developers to foster solutions/alliances with attendees. Solutions to bring about new global changes, which will alter the course of the global energy movement, providing a more robust, stable and sustainable electricity/water system, for future generations.
The ESI Summit will prove to be a weekend of clarity, idea generation, renewed vision, networking and fun! This special summit will also include a gala with well-known artists, excellent cuisine, an open bar, well-appointed rooms and amenities, hosted at the internationally renowned Four Seasons® Hotel, with their quality and highly personalized service. This special invitation-only summit will soon be shared with a select group of industry leaders in the coming weeks.
HF & DIDI, along with National Media, will provide a detailed, industry-wide story documenting the summit’s progress in helping the world achieve a more sustainable energy/water future targeting the needs of the world’s population.
